HOW CONTRASTIQ WORKS

A Clinical Challenge.
A Different Approach.

In the cardiac catheterization lab, no two patients are exactly alike.

Each arrives with a different medical history, clinical profile, and level of risk. Yet clinicians must make important procedural decisions in environments where time, accuracy, and judgment matter.

ContrastIQ grew from a focus on this challenge: how can patient-specific information be used to support a clearer understanding of contrast-related risk?

Developed through the clinical perspective of interventional cardiologist Alan Zajarias, MD, ContrastIQ brings together medical expertise and technology with a focus on practical clinical decision support.

Our goal is straightforward: make individualized risk information more accessible and useful in the moments when clinicians need it.

WHAT DRIVES US

The Anatomy of Precision.

Three principles that shape how we think about clinical technology. We believe meaningful healthcare technology starts with understanding the realities of clinical practice.

01 / PURPOSE

Patient-Centered Thinking

Every patient has a different clinical profile. Risk assessment should reflect those individual differences.

02 / PURPOSE

Clinical Relevance

Technology should provide information that is meaningful to clinicians and supports their professional judgment.

03 / PURPOSE

Clarity Through Innovation

Complex information should be presented in a way that supports understanding and practical decision-making.

Our focus is not to replace clinical expertise, but to develop tools that complement it.
